The project outlined below is an example of our activities in the field of strategic planning. Strategic planning is a planning process that define the goals of a system (local, business, state) and states the means, tools and actions to reach them in a medium / long-term perspective. It designs ongoing activities in the outdoor environment, thus describing the results produced, regardless of whether they are desired or not. It is an organizational process necessary to define a strategy or direction to make decisions on resource allocation.
In order to determine the strategic focus of an organizatiwon, is necessary to understand its current position and the likely routers through which specific action paths can be pursued. The area in question is located between a protected natural park called Terramaini, a large residential area and a large shopping mall area; it is also perimeter of a great flow.
The intervention involves the connection between the existing viability and the new urbanization through a slowdown in vehicular traffic realized with a roundabout; a large area will be used for sporting activities and services closely related to the area, while the remaining areas will be conceived as an extension of the park itself, complemented by rsidenze and an average sales service facility.
