This project will primarily focus on The Village Expansion - particularly, the entrance to The Village on the Ground Level of the mall (P3).
The scope along the ground level covers the interface of the newly redesigned “Village” area with the Cinema car park and extends in to the mall through the main village corridor.
The figures below show the location of these areas in relation to the overall mall for a better understanding of the adjacencies.
Successful concepts have a powerful meaning at their core. A vision that sets the direction for the design intent, materiality, mix and customer-centric end user experience.
Our concept development process begins with an understanding of the client’s vision, needs and aspirations.
Establishing and articulating the values of the business sets the benchmark for the behaviours of the people.
Forming the foundation of the entire concept, the concept definition will provide the foundational background to support the design process including.
